Words can not describe how proud we all are of you! You gave it 110% and it’s shows!! I have no doubt you will hit more and more personal bests for years to come!

I’ve been seeing Dave @still_waters_massage_ for a while now for my lower back and shoulder impingement and he has been an absolute blessing, using amazing new cold laser technology alongside traditional techniques.
I’ve had back problems all my life from scoliosis to a torn poas. It normally takes me about an hour every morning to get moving with my lower back, including stretching and a hot shower and never feels great throughout the day but with Dave’s help I’m up and moving in minutes and feel great for days on end, I couldn’t recommend him enough come down to Goodlife North Adelaide to see him today!! For those who don't know This BEAST of a man competed in his first ever powerlifting meet this weekend! Lucas put up 2 impressive Personal bests🔥🔥
Firstly the SQUAT Lucas Hit a very impressive and probably the fastest squat ive ever seen a 6"5 guy do,with a 10kg PB @ 175kg😱😱
following up with the absolute "Deadliest" Bench i've ever seen with a 10kg pb @ 120kg🤯🤯
And finally lucas put up a nice 217.5kg Deadlift to close out the long and extremely fatiguing day! 😴😴
I just wanted to say I am super proud of this guy for his ABSOLUTE dedication and hard work his has put in! not just the last 6 months of HARD training but over the entire time i have known him he has grown to be a bigger and stronger man than most! You absolutely killed it and I'm very excited for our powerlifting future together!
